I hear ya! bastards so far i'm at $125, but i still have to buy 3 more and my Italian class is continuing the same book from last semester. i realized that the books i need for my classes are posted online, and so i actually ordered all mine through amazon's used book thing. so i managed to save some money. of course i know i'm going to get to class and have some teachers add books, and some say we're not really going to read that one. i've def done those $300+ semesters though, they totally suck. thank god no more text books for me. history grad classes are all paperbacks.

cuz of the site below, i've noticed that prices change DAILY on textbooks. the transition into a new semester means textbooks cost more, but get cheaper as the semester goes on (supply and demand). WWW.BIGWORDS.COMis cool cuz it compares books among many websites and gives you coupon codes too to save more money. www.half.com is good as well. especially for selling the damn book when you're done! (sell during the beginning or end of a semester and you might get much more money back than those buybacks at your school's bookstore.) you know what i hate though... how the publishers/authors of textbooks constantly come out with new editions so that you can't as much money back! it's like, you had the 9th edition exactly 1 month ago... now there's a 10th one?!

yep. well summer quarter is optional. but I'm going this summer cause I'd like to get school over with asap. The school I plan on transfering to goes by semesters and I have to transfer anyways cause my school doesn't have my major.

I'm actually a big fan of baby vomit. I hate that the smell lingers for days.

The school I plan on transfering to goes by semesters and I have to transfer anyways cause my school doesn't have my major. wow, how many classes per quarter? my school has 3 extra "sessions" winter, and two summer. but u can only take 2 classes in each session, and the classes are 4 hours a day 4 days a week, so bascially u'd be in school all day.
