here's the lyrics to it:
the miracle that never came
my window pane was leaking glass cut my arm and then you laughed i dropped from just one story high and now i'm stuck here till i die now i'm stuck here till i die now i'm stuck here till i die
dont you remember me i swear i knew you when i knew you there we laughed and laid under the sun we had more fun than anyone
she's 8 years old and with her now she's halfway 'cross the country now
she's smarter than a lot of us she doesnt break or bend or fuss
maybe she's in heaven now or maybe she's back here somehow she's wearing all her finest clothes and draped in jewlery head to toe it is impossible to know there is no ending to the show the grand finale bid her off one day we're here the next we're not
oh look what i've done here oh look what i've done here
let these thoughts creep in let 'em seep right in let these thoughts creep in let 'em seep right in
i hope she doesnt have to see what became of her family her father left after she died her brothers cried and cried and
she took your man i took your name the miracle that never came but all her life is beautiful she'll live through me and then through you
i used to sing you lullabies i'd hold you in you'd start to cry i was your mother and your friend dont you remember me from then i was your mother and your friend dont you remember me from then
correct me if i got any wrong, but i'm pretty sure that they're all correct

..lyrics!! you're awesome! in that interview, michelle was talking about something i've been thinking a lot about since june of this year when one of my mom's coworkers at intel who was healthy by all means, died of a heart attack (calcium build up in the arteries). and of course i know of other people who have died this year, but ever since june, i've gone in and out of thinking too deeply about these types of things. it's weird... it's weird that i've been thinking about more than usual. there are days when you don't think about it, but then something you see that day or whatever makes you think about it again. it's a given that as humans we're very vulnerable, but i dunno... after this summer... the subject of death seems different and more prominent. but cool interview!

omg... in that interview my mind had a brain fart i think
the mc guy said "forthcoming 2nd album" and i dunno what was wrong with me but i kinda sat there for a few seconds thinking he meant "FOURTH COMING, 2nd album"
i was like... "WHOOAA duuude, you make no sense......"
it's been a busy day for me. lol.

i was surprised when the song started. it seems like michelle's voice has grown so much since the first album and she sounds amazinggg. and the brass parts add a totally different feel to the song ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. i cant believe how different it sounds from past songs and its still so amazing. i dont even know what other words to use.

it is definitely a different sound for sr. i believe this album will seperate the real sr fans from the bandwagon tbs followers. does anyone think this song sound a bit like "still in love?" just curious.

I can't bloody hear it because it won't play. Stupid Quicktime.
Oh, it worked then. I love it. The bass is fantastic, it's bright, it's bouncy. Reminds me a little of The Forecast. And The Format, anyone? Michelle sounds great, as usual.

It is definately somewhat of a new sound, I thought the interview was interesting cause she said she didn't like most of the first CD, I wonder if she was talkin about he songs she sang. I always gotthe feeling the band really disliked Tension and Terror for sure. This CD, if the EP already didn't, will realy weed out the one's who were expecting Tension and Terror Part 2.
For me I knew the band before I even heard or listened to TBS and everytime TBS is mentioned..its annoying.
Im still trying to get the hang of the song, it's good, it's just really different to me.

The Tension and the Terror was a damn good song... And I don't want SR to sound ANYTHING like TBS. I'm still not sure how I feel about this new song.
