i don't know if i'm only supposed to talk about wrestling here or what, but i'm not going to...
and this question is for everyone else also, i was wondering, what songs would be your perfect mix tape? i know that's probably really hard because it is for me, but just off the top of your head.
and i don't want to start a new thread just for this but do you guys usually hang out at shows after you've played?
thanks.

dude I love making mix tapes haha. I usually put like songs I think that person has never heard or Nsync. is the tape for a special occasion..or just for? cause that kinda makes a difference in the song selection. And...I'm not in the band..if you haven't figured that out haha...but I've only been to one SR show...and they hung out before and after the show. So I'm pretty sure they almost always hang out haha. i'm not actually making a mix, i just think that when people give me mix tapes (usually cd's i guess) it's like me getting to know them a lot better. for me at least the music i listen to says a lot about who i am, so i always think it's interesting to see what other people like.

ok... hm... mixtape, egh? well, off the top of my head, in no particular order (even though we should all know from High Fidelity that order is KEY in making a mixtape): sr - tension and the terror mcs - future freaks me out death cab for cute - photobooth starting line - best of me something corporate - hurricane snow patrol - wow r kelley - remix to ignition queen - bohemian rhapsody (you HAVE to have a sing a long of some sort on any good mixtape) weezer - el scorcho brand new - sic transit gloria the smiths - asleep rhett miller - our love yellowcard - either avondale or sure shot rise against - swing life away postal service - either such great heights or district sleeps alone tonight ... trail of dead - another morning stoner justin timberlake - like i love you nysnc feat. nelly - girlfriend remix dashboard confessional -hands down (ACOUSTIC!) tbs - timberwolves at new jersey
ok i'll stop now... also, as far as the boys hanging out before / after shows it helps if you carve them a pumpkin.. tee hee

actually, carla, amy allen carved the pumpkin i just take partial credit b/c i told her to do it. but yea, when we saw them it was the day after halloween & so we brought a pumpkin that said "nolan coop noon worship" on it & they put it on the stage while they played. it was bad to the ass. ~ mad the enforcer

A mixtape is not a mixtape without a theme and/or a purpose.

I don't really have a named theme for this mix tape, but I wanted it to have a slow/calm/yet some what catchy feel. It's one of my favorites at the moment. I bolded my top 5 tracks (this was EXTREMELY hard to do).
Edit: I am listening to this CD right now at work, and I think I came up for my theme: Dentist's Office With Really Good Taste in Music, hahah
1. Tokyo - The Books 2. Etoile - Liliput 3. BK Baby - Ben Kweller 4. Bullet Proof - Rilo Kiley 5. Lovesong (acoustic) - The Cure 6. Transatlanticism - Death Cab For Cutie 7. As I Rise - The Decembrists 8. Marvelous Things - Eisley 9. Caspian Can Wait - The Velvet Teen 10. Son of Sam - Elliott Smith 11. Close to Modern - French Kicks 12. Lola - The Kinks 13. When They Really Get to Know You - Pedro the Lion 14. Young Pilgrims - The Shins 15. Science Vs. Romance - Rilo Kiley 16. Am I Wrong - Brand New 17. Lose Me - Denali 18. The Man Who Sold the World (acoustic) - David Bowie 19. Walk on Me - Ben Kweller 20. Me and Jesus Don't Talk Anymore - Beulah 21. L'amour Stories - Deerhoof 22. Alison - Elvis Costello
Ps. Madeline, if you read this, please don't beat me up for not bolding Am I Wrong. I tried to bold them on how much I liked them specifically on this mix, not in general.

You gain points for putting The Velvet Teen, Bowie, and Costello on there.
