yea i was drunk at a bar when i found out last night, so that was kinda a shocker. reminds me of when river pheonix died. just really unexpected and a huge loss. def thought he was going to be a big time actor.

i find it odd that last thursday, my cinema teacher had a movie poster from "Casanova" up in the classroom as an example for an assignment that was due this past tuesday... all my life... it seems like things that are talked about in my classes, i hear about in the news days later -- whether it's good or bad news. but this is such abruptly sad news. it's weird; i had this feeling something like this would be in the news (i.e. logging into yahoo.com and seeing some shocking headline)... but not a headline about someone who wasn't visibly reckless.

From what I've heard/read, it was accidental. Apparently he had pnemonia and was taking sleeping tablets too, which you are meant to take with respiratory problems. I'm assuming he didn't know that. I'll admit I cried this morning when they had a tribute to him on the morning news show.

That actually happens to me a lot too. Something will be discussed in class and then it comes up in the real world. or i get feelings like that.

and a couple articles mentioned how he would take a number of sleeping pills... and only sleep for 1 hour or so. geez! i think he was taking sleeping pills mainly due to the role of the joker in the new batman movie? he was overtaken by that role. really delved into the mind of the character. oh! how i love acting...

they said he was really stressed over playing joker making some other movie that he couldn't sleep. i remember watching an interview with Mike Myers and he said that he only gets 2 hours of sleep a night normally, but he functions. i dunno I've gotten stressed to the point where i couldn't sleep. it's horrible. I'd take pills too.

yeah i read that article too. i get that way as well. i mean, lately it's been toward the end of the week and during the weekend i feel like that. for example last night, went to sleep around 11:50pm, woke up at 4am. and this past weekend... went to sleep at 3am woke up at 6am. i go to sleep with a lot on my mind for some reason (but doesn't everyone?). and if i know i have to be up early, i sleep pretty well actually... but i still feel restless/energetic and wake up after my third alarm (out of 5 alarms, haha). then i feel better after my morning walk to work... sort of.
i think it's an anxiety issue, 10 worries fighting for my subconscious at once. but i still wouldn't take sleeping pills, hell no! i make up for lost sleep usually. on days off from school. and i'd rather put lavender oil on my wrists/neck or something. or drink passion flower tea to help me relax a little/sleep better.
i'm... weird... ..
