If you're posting at the straylight run board, I assume that you have a slightly artsy taste in music.
I'm curious to see if that translates into your film taste. Post your favorite movies of last year.
Here's my list. Feel free to discuss and post your lists.
10. The Bridge to Terebithia 9. The Look Out 8. The Savages 7. Ratatouille 6. Bug 5. Hot Fuzz 4. Once 3. Stardust 2. The Lives of Others 1. Juno
A lot of people will question "Stardust" being on there, but I say, "see it!"...it's by far the most surprising movie of the year.

hot fuzz was 2007??? i thought that was 06'
well, i'm not even gonna make a list cause apparently i have no idea what was last year and what was the year before. But, however, there will be blood, no country for old men, and michael clayton were all really good, and i'd add them to your listen.
i liked stardust too, though i wouldn't call a movie with that cast surprising. i think it would have been surprising if it sucked.

In no particular order:
Superbad Knocked Up Transformers Smokin' Aces Blades of Glory
There are alot of movies I havn't seen that I want to that include Juno, Sweeny Todd, Across the Universe. I don't get out to the movies to much while I'm at school because a lack of transportation and money.

spidey 3 was good, i enjoyed it. but i do have alot of beef with it. they tried to do too much. venom wasn't need, though i understand why they threw him in there. it was to get more people to see it so they can justify making more movies. they totally underdeveloped sandman which is a great villian. i also think they underused the parker/osbourne story. if it wasn't so rushed, they could of really displayed james franco's acting abilities, which I think arn't displayed fully in the whole trilogy.

Juno, but that's 2008 for us in the UK because it only came out this week. Sweeney Todd as well, and I loved Stardust.
