Alright this probably sounds really nerdy but here it goes:
Okay, Existentialism on Prom Night is a beautiful and spectacular song that I love to listen to but I was wondering what your thoughts on existentialism are.
I mean I know existentialism as a philosophy on how humans are totally free beings and therefore make their life whatever they want it to be, making it human existence, according to me, practically...phenomenal I guess.
This isn't just for any band member to respond too, I would really like to hear what anybody else has to say about this.
Even though it's quite the nerdy subject and I'm probably making no sense.

12th grade AP english really got me sick of existentialism, haha. I really hated The Stranger (l'Etranger) the most out of all of the things that we read on the topic. Next semester in my 4th sem. French class, we're reading it. Great. I just hope it's much better in French like Le Petit Prince. It's not something I'm looking forward to. So basically, no I am not an existentialist.

Yeah, I'm only gonna be soph. so I haven't really read any books on existentialism in school. And I highly doubt that my school covers it in AP. But from what I read on essays about it and on movies that seem to dive into it, it's something that I believe in.

damn....i made it all the way through high school and didn't even hear of existentialism until the song came out. the fact that i live in a tiny hick town may be part of it....or perhaps the fact that i never paid attention in class
